INTRODUCTION
Welcome to our STATS chart. This chart was made from google spreadsheet. In order to get the best results on doing a group of children and their STATS report there should be 2-3 people (trustworthy) with their phones open on the STATS chart (COPY & PASTE). These STATS should be done by STUDENTS because it’s an excellent way to get their VOLUNTEER HOURS completed in order to GRADUATE.
BEGINNER – means that the performer/dancer/ATHLETE has 1 year or less
INTERMEDIATE – means that the performer/dancer/ATHLETE has 1 year experience or more and is close to meet the requirements of auditions or tournaments.
ADVANCE – means that the performer/dancer/ATHLETE is doing auditions or tournaments.
1st. Document names.
2nd.Each person takes 2 or 4 titles (columns) and they should be side by side.
3rd. Enter the numbers in the boxes on the same row of the child for the transaction/occurrences (what happens).
4th. Keep on adding the numbers up until the game is finished.
5th.Keep mistakes as low as possible.
6th. Keep a copy of that STAT report because it’s your child or friend.
7th.When the game is finished give STATS report to Coaches, Owner or Parent Committee Representative
8th.NEXT GAME ASK SOME OTHER PARENT TO DO THE SAME AS YOU DID LAST WEEK so you can watch the BIG GAME
9TH.This should make your team more family oriented.
10th.These STATS reports can help for games, matches, meets, try outs, tournaments and auditions.

2.HIGHLIGHT the first row(horizontal-side to side) of my VISIBLE SPREADSHEET (COPY & PASTE all the NAMES) onto your new spreadsheet
3.HIGHLIGHT the REST of my VISIBLE SPREADSHEET (COPY & PASTE all the NUMBERS & WORDS) onto your new spreadsheet
4.HIGHLIGHT the FIRST COLUMN(vertical-up and down) where the cells are empty onto your new spreadsheet
5.Stay on your spreadsheet goto EDIT and scroll down to list to DELETE CELLS AND SHIFT LEFT
6. Save spreadsheet to your google DRIVE so you can update all the time.
