Welcome to our STATS chart. This chart was made from google spreadsheet. In order to get the best results on doing a group of children and their STATS report there should be 2-3 people (trustworthy) with their phones open on the STATS chart (COPY & PASTE). These STATS should be done by STUDENTS because it’s an excellent way to get their VOLUNTEER HOURS completed in order to GRADUATE.

1^st. Document names.

2^nd.Each person takes 2 or 4 titles (columns) and they should be side by side.

3^rd. Enter the numbers in the boxes on the same row of the child for the transaction/occurrences (what happens).

4^th. Keep on adding the numbers up until the game is finished.

5^th.Keep mistakes as low as possible.

6^th. Keep a copy of that STAT report because it’s your child or friend.

7^th.When the game is finished give STATS report to Coaches, Owner or Parent Committee Representative

8^th.NEXT GAME ASK SOME OTHER PARENT TO DO THE SAME AS YOU DID LAST WEEK so you can watch the BIG GAME

9^TH.This should make your team more family oriented.

10th.These STATS reports can help for games, matches, meets, try outs, tournaments and auditions.

DESKTOP

1.OPEN NEW SPREADSHEET AND NAME IT

2.HIGHLIGHT the first row(horizontal-side to side) of my VISIBLE SPREADSHEET (COPY & PASTE all the NAMES) onto your new spreadsheet

3.HIGHLIGHT the REST of my VISIBLE SPREADSHEET (COPY & PASTE all the NUMBERS & WORDS) onto your new spreadsheet

4.HIGHLIGHT the FIRST COLUMN(vertical-up and down) where the cells are empty onto your new spreadsheet

5.Stay on your spreadsheet goto EDIT and scroll down to list to DELETE CELLS AND SHIFT LEFT

6. Save spreadsheet to your google DRIVE so you can update all the time.

3.press(NEW TAB)

4.In the GOOGLE SEARCH or SPACE bar (press hold finger down) until the word (PASTE appears)

5.(TOUCH) HIGHLIGHT CODE

6.spreadsheet appears(TOUCH PENCIL TOP RIGHT)

7.(TOUCH USE THE APP in blue the blue square)begin to edit on the spreadsheet

find CELL under HEAD SHOT
click on INSERT
scroll down to IMAGE
decide where you are going to take picture from (upload,snapshot,url,album, google drive or search)
click on PICTURE and click SELECT
go back INSERT click on DRAWINGS
COPY and PASTE
click on SAVE & CLOSE
DRAG and REDUCE size of image into the CELL
