  • North York Bandits Bantam level(15-17 ages).
  • Certified Coach level 2 specializing in Canadian tackle football called National Coaching Certified Program (NCCP).
  • North York Minor Football Association in 1993-1994, I was the Field Assessment Trainer.
  • Volunteered at the Henry Korenblum Family Health and Sports Medicine Clinic in 1994
  • In 1995 I went to South Korea and taught English as a Second Language (E.S.L).
  • 2003-2004 I held a position as the Community Advocacy Worker in Windsor, Nova Scotia.
  • Nova Scotia Windsor Parks and Recreation Department as a Ball Hockey Instructor with children 9-11 years old
  • 2005 I worked at Upper Canada College (Prep) working with youth in the After School Program assisting them with supervision plus implemented Youth Training and Conditioning football program
  • Lawrence Park Collegiate Institute (TDSB) in 2005, Seniors Defensive Coordinator and Special teams Football Coach and won Championship Tier II (15-18 ages)
  • Sir John A Macdonald Collegiate Institute (TDSB) in 2006 – 2008 as the Seniors Defensive Coordinator and Special teams Football Coach and we won Championship Developmental level (15-18 ages)
  • Scarborough Thunder Football Organization in 2006 and coached Pee-wee Football (13-15 ages).
  • 2007 North Toronto Collegiate Institute as a Defensive Coordinator Football Coach and made it to the Semi-finals Tier ll (15-18 ages) in 2009 (TDSB)
  • In 2007 I participated in volunteering at St. Gerald Catholic Elementary School (TDCSB) at a special needs program). I assist youth that have autistic, cerebral palsy, ADHD/ADD and delayed language development ages were from 5-14 years old.
  • 2008 I worked at Toronto District School Board (TDSB) as a Black Culture Instructor.
  • Newtonbrook Secondary High school as the receivers coach in 2012. For the past five years I have been an assistant coach on defense and special team
  • Toronto Phantom Raiders at the semi-pro level doing Special Team and Defence with the Northern Football Conference (NFC)2012 -presently
  • 2017 Toronto Gauchos grade 7 boys Basketball
  • 2018 Flying Angels Track & Field International Assistant Coordinator for Athletes & Coaches on Track and Field Events
  • 2018 Track and Field NACAC
  • 2018 certified Cricket Coach NCCP
  • 2018  Attended Camp Olympia  and participated in Fundamental Movement Skills, Resistance Training and Make Ethical Decisions
